    Is it possible convert a code into a new one ?


    I have bought Just Cause 3 from this website: Mtc Game for my Xbox One.

    The problem is this code doesn't work because it is not available in my country. I live in Italy.

    Is it possible change it into an EU code please ?

    I am stuck

    how can I make work a Xbox One in a country with 220V?

    You need a 300Watt Voltage Converter (transformator) as a temporary solution.

    DO NOT use a simple adapter that makes possible to plug the 110v cord into the 220v outlet, it will fry your power brick!

    It is also possible to modify an ATX PSU for powering the Xbox One but that seems way too risky.

    Hi there,

    you might have the biggest chance to contact the webstore itself to see if they can exchange it for you for the correct region or get the money back.

    As far as I know there is no option to change it for a different region via Xbox Support.
