    I recently pre-ordered Sonic Forces Bonus Edition on amazon.co.uk. Now the game isn't out yet but I still got the pre-order bonus item code early. Is it ok for me to activate it right now?

    Can't download content redeemed on website?

    Hello there,

    I redeemed a code for extra content for Assassin's Creed: Rogue on the xbox.com website...the code seemed to go through ok, but the content never downloaded on the 360 when I booted it up...is there an extra step I'm missing? I did redeem the code when
    Xbox Live was having issues with redeeming content, which is why I did it on the website, but now it says that service is up and running...and when I try re-entering the code, it says the code has already been redeemed. What else would I need to do?

    I am confused in my email with my code it says this:

    How to redeem your code:

    1. From the in game menu select “Extras”.

    2. Then highlight and select “Exclusive Content”.

    3. You will then be able to enter your above promotional code

    However in the EXTRA's there is no exclusive content to select, i cant even see it...

    Somewhere there should be a digtal code for you to enter online. This code I am fairly sure would be entered in one of three places:

    a) Redeem Code on Xbox Home

    b) Through the game - most likely somewhere in the extras or additional content

    c) Or possibly through Halo Waypoint.

    There should have been a separate code included with the box. Be sure to check the card that included the game code, as there may be a second code listed on there for the extra content. If you didn't receive a code with the extra content you'll need to reach
    out to the retailer you purchased from.

    Best Buy DLC code is only 19 digits...

    like Dissident said you redeem the code in-game. At the start menu go to EXTRAS then select the EXCLUSIVE CONTENT and the enter your code. Make sure you manually add the dashes or I am pretty sure it won't work. Good luck.
