Yes as long as you arent selling an account

There are many card resale websites or groups but don't goto ones that buy codes from you

You will get significantly less then someone privately

Thank you Ben for the response and yes it is best to say that it is safer to buy the gift card from the official website of Xbox or Microsoft. I'm just wondering whether all of the third-party vendors are able to legally resell them without permission from Xbox or Microsoft just to be clear.

You can resell a gift card but with a significant loss since most people will not even give you 50% of the value you will be lucky to get 40% privately

With regards to your question, codashop is just like Amazon, BestBuy, etc. Which are third party vendors selling random products such as Xbox giftcard. Meaning they can sell things such as Xbox giftcard but as a gamer I suggest to review the seller information first before buying items from the store.

In any case that there is a problem with the item purchased, you can only submit a refund or return request to the store where you purchased the item which is the codashop. Likewise if you purchase the item via Xbox store then Xbox support can deal with request such as refund request if ever the item is not working.
