is it my controller or my xbox

Xbox Wireless Controller Solution.

Also make sure that the controller is clean. Sometimes dirt can get wedged in between the buttons

When you get the chance, give them steps a shot and let us know if that helped.

I’m not doubting you but i’m pretty sure controller drift is when it moves without touching it. The problem with mine is that when i move it up it takes a while to move my character or the cursor fully.

if it's happening with other controllers it's likely an issue with the console or a problem caused by wireless interference. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as power cycling your Xbox?

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or on your controller.

If this doesn't work please try using the controller with a USB data cable instead of wirelessly and let me know if the issue persists.

Its happening in multiple games, and also on the microsoft edge app when I try to bring the cursor up.
