Is it in my cart,or not!?

Hello,i placed an order today for the xbox series x,the xbox store says the item is in my cart,but i can't checkout?...it also says check back later,i've done so & it still says the same. Is it really in my cart or am i being hussled!?

I can't get the cart to go in the correct direction. To push my carts up out of my mine.

Irs unlikely they have any instock even ebgames dont have extras you woiuldve had to order it at midnight to get any extras at ms store

I had same problem went to microsoft and added it to my cart then viewed it from the cart, I was able to pre order it from there.

I never said just because i added something in cart it's mine. my concern is why can't i access my cart. or add anything (phone, surface, etc..) to cart. and i also don't care about other retailers nor i said anything about them I'm talking about Microsoft.com and as you said there is 1000's of people trying to buy at same time; how am i suppose to try to get my order placed unless i keep on clicking/refreshing my cart, when it seems like by me refreshing my cart 1000's of time my account is now locked.
