    So xbox banned me for 366 days.So one of my friends thought it would be funny to change my profile pic to hitler you know “jokes” also i had nothing to do with this. So i get home thinking its a normal day but xbox being xbox shrug me with the band hammer every time i reach out i get ignored community please help me.

    That's not at all something to joke about. So it's definitely worthy of an enforcement action. If you received a 365 day suspension, it's likely because you had previous suspensions as well.

    they denied it but they PERMA banned for a pfp not cheats not doing anything else a pfp a bit to much for a pfp of Osama bin ladder not ladden they could of at least banned me from changing my pfp not ban my whole account.

    My suspension happened well over a month ago. It should've been gone by now, last time i got suspended was because of my pfp which got me banned permanently from the ambassadors program.

    Edit: The Suspension was for 1 day
