    NO! Unlike some games that have an Xbox One version that will upgrade to the the S|X version if you put it in a series X, NBA2K for S|X is a complete different version than the Xbox One version and it will not work if you put the disc inside of an Xbox One. Xbox One cannon run a Series X game and putting a Series X disc inside an X1 will not install the X1 version.

    At the moment all backwards compatibility is on hold until at least the Xbox Series X release. But the idea is good, you can let your idea vote here on XBOX

    As far as I can tell all those ports are open. I have no idea what an "insider build (Beta OS)" is so that I do not know. It's weird because my xBox one is having problems but my brothers Xbox Series X is working fine.

    Why not make the suggestion on the Xbox Insiders Reddit page. No doubt once the Backwards Compatibility team is done with the Series X /next gen project they will be looking
    for ideas. :)

    Hi Dannywolfblood1,

    The backwards compatible program is on hold for now as the team are busy working on next gen/ Series X.

    I am sure they will eventually resume duties on the program once they are done with the Series X and the next gen series of consoles.
