No. It's not available for PC through Microsoft.

Unfortunately GTA V is no longer in the Game Pass catalog so unless you own it digitally you will no longer have access to the game. Good news is that Red Dead Redemption 2 has taken it's place.

The version of GTA V on Game Pass is only the One version like stated above, but if you have a Xbox One and Game Pass subscription you can download and play the game as long as it is in the catalog and you maintain your subscription. Otherwise you can
purchase it to continue to play.
