    Is gamesharing not allowed anymore?


    I'm currently gamesharing with my dad and when i try to play a game that requires gamepass it keeps saying i have to pay gamepass in which that person that im gamesharing with has it, also I'd purchased grand theft auto 5 online and i dont know why its saying that i have to buy gamepass to play it

    If you have his account added to your console and made it your home xbox you SHOULD both be able to play online together on both consoles

    You need gamepass ultimate or gold to play online with console.

    Both accounts requires a gamepass membership to play online and have access to the online servers.

    Certain games like Fortnite, Rocket League or Apex Legends does not requires it because they are multiplayer online free games.
