Is Forza Motorsport 3 & 4 still have active storefront online feature available on Xbox 360...

The Forza forum is currently down so unable to check there. However, I found this from February this year in a discussion about an FM3 achievement:

"Contrary to what one of the above commenters said, *all* online services have not been shuttered for FM3. While Turn 10 has deactivated the ability to upload files to your Storefront (including photos, movies, tuning setups, designs, and vinyls), the Auction House is still active, as is the ability to gift cars to other players and to download files from other people's Storefronts that were uploaded prior to this feature being deactivated."

Whether there are limitations on storefront searching is a different matter....Forza Horizon 2 (released in 2014, albeit from Playground rather than Turn 10) still allows designs to be downloaded but has limitations on performing searches (same for tunes)

The online services for this game are still active but I can't tell you if there are a lot of people still playing. I believe Forza Horizon 4 is where most players are and probably looking forward to Forza 5.

Here is a little more on my experience with the Forza Store front between Forza 3 and 4:

Can also confirm Forza Motorsport 4 storefront is working as of August 2021.

The manual search function is working which is a bonus so planning to download some designs and vinyl groups throughout the month.

Have found Forza 3 to have some loading times when loading all the downloaded vinyl groups, probably inevitable. Forza 4 has a Import function of previous saved vinyl groups from Forza 3 which seems handy but I may keep them separate for the time being. Forza 4 rivals is working for online multiplayer and have managed to get into a multiplayer server but no one else joined.

Not surprised at the lack of search function...as I pointed out before, Horizon 2 from 2014 has no search functions so a game preceding that by several years would be the same

I purchased a Xbox Live code for a month and can confirm the storefront is operating for Forza 3 Motorsport Xbox 360. Only issue is I cannot manually search words when searching for vinyl groups or paint designs for cars.

I am satisfied with the outcome.
