    Hello im trying to use Dev Mode Activation app and after activate it says to update the xbox and come back, is like that for some time even with this new updates and i still cant use it....

    Yup, the developer mode just give able for you to start apps from the Visual Studio on your Xbox.

    But also you can't to start games from your account in DevMode
