Is creative mode on hiatus?

    Is creative mode on hiatus?


    It looked like there was an update to Minecraft but creative mode went mia.....? Can anyone shine some light on this? If there is a way to get it back, what is it? I did some searching around, finding posts that were up to two years old. There was little
    to no replies to what was going on at the time. This would be for the xbox 360, if knowing the system would help.

    Creative mode?

    When will creative mode be out? I like the regular mode but i would love to play creative mode so i can make awesome stuff. Also those who played Minecraft on PC do monsters spawn in creative and does it change from night and day or is that just in the regular
    (i guess survivor mode).

    Survival mode may mean a lot more work to accomplish something. But it is more rewarding in the end than doing it on creative. I find creative mode boring.

    If you ever switched a world to Creative mode, Achievements are disabled for that world, even if you switch back to Survival mode.

    Could it be that you started your world in Creative mode, or temporarily changed the play mode to Creative?

    Achievements will not be obtainable in Creative Mode, or if the map has been edited in Creative Mode.

    There are gates but not in the version we currently have - they'll be in one of the updates, perhaps the next one :)



    Of course there's nothing stopping you using doors in place of gates, they do look odd but nothing can get in :)

    Creative mode...

    I've built so many creations I'd never hoped to create, but I think it is based on the person, Not everyone will enjoy having the all resources at their disposal with a click of the X button, and prefer the challenge of hunting
    down the resources first. As others will be vice-versa, or something else.
