Is Bowsette Fanart not allowed in Xbox Live?

I tried to use Bowsette as a profile pic but for some reason I can't?

That’s odd. I would say maybe it was flagged as copyrighted content but afaik all of that is fan made.

 

Not really because i use Anime profile pics (Which they're Copyrighted) but it works unlike any bowsette fanart.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you're trying to use bowsette fanart as a profile pic. In regards to this issue I believe the best thing to do would be to check with the original content creators maybe it is being
flagged a copyrighted. I would try doing these steps and see if it works.
