I didn't get an error message it just sait that the code was not valid since it was too long when I tried to redeem it on the Black desert online website. How do I redeem it on the XBOX app for PC or should I be able to redeem it through their official website?

I already have Black desert online on the Steam platform so it would be nice to get the content on that account.
