    Is "Atomic Heart" borked?


    It crashed on me after I'd been playing it for about ten minutes, maybe less. It actually had crashed, twice, when I tried to launch it, but then it worked, so I didn't give it much thought. When it crashed the third time, I tried to write a report on my Xbox, but the app wasn't working (it does that), so I just tried to launch the game again. This time I just kept getting the same 0x8b100042 error, which led me to here. Anybody else having this problem?

    Hi cart00nstrip!

    What exactly is your Xbox console model? Does the issue happen to your other Xbox games?

    Try to sign all users out of the console. To do this, follow these steps:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and select Sign in.
    Select the profile that's signed in to the console and select Sign out.
    Repeat these steps for each profile that's signed in to the console.
    Sign in to your Xbox Live profile and try to launch your game again.

    If it doesn't work, try to restart your console.
    Press and hold the Xbox button to open the Power Center.
    Select Restart console > Restart.
    Sign in to your Xbox Live profile and try to launch your game again.

    My recently purchased games on XBox App on Windows 10 will not play my games,

    It's not Atomic Heart specifically. It's that the XBox app is where I purchased Atomic Heart through, and because my XBox app on PC will not log me into XBox live when I launch Atomic Heart, for some reason, it also doesn't allow Atomic Heart to launch. Looking around, I'm far from the only person this seems to be happening to. And it's affecting more than Atomic Heart now. Any game I need to log into XBox live for, will not work when I launch it now. Including games like Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, which I had working just a month ago. Before anyone asks, yes, my Live subscription is up to date and active. Thus far, no remedy I've found has worked.
