You can't. APK files are for Android devices only. You can not install these on an Xbox One console.

Having just checked the website myself, all the games are apk files, which are android only, so they will not work on a Windows phone.

Umm no android doesn't even use exe they use apk or zip

And computer files.are not.readable by xbox as the storage is encrypted

Thor was a file Explorer but it would never have helped as that's never allowed for computer files just managing files and you can't import files from external devices onto .storage as consoles only use encrypted files

Turn on the option to allow the install of files other than those downloaded from the official stores, drop the .apk onto your Kindle and install the file. I use another app, ES File Explorer, so mange the files and folders on my Kindle Fire.

Of course the file has been 'modded' for want of a better word to remove the device check. So you may want to test it out with a second account.

There is no way to do it without an emulator as APK files hold Android apps as self-installable files already. It would mean changing the code completely to make a PC version.
