Is anyone unable to log in through the xbox app or insider hub on pc.

Currently the option to use the Cloud/remote gaming through the Xbox app is only for Insiders. If you download the Insider Hub on your PC, you can sign up from their to get that option.

Alternatively, you can try unenrolling from the Preview Program and then try the update. Being a member of the program would mean that the traditional troubleshooting likely won't work as intended. It would also be worth your while to report the issues you're
experiencing through the Insiders Hub app on a PC since you are unable to get to it on the console at this time. The support article entitled Get the Xbox
Insider Hub app has all the steps available on how to proceed with unenrolling if you wish and about reporting via the Insiders Hub.

The easy answer is no. There is a workaround however. And that is unenrolling your console if you need to do a factory reset with the offline file. You can remove your console using another Xbox (just log in and use the Insider Hub) or a Windows 10 PC
using the Xbox Insider Hub app, it may be just the Xbox app now that I'm thinking about it. Once that has been Deron you perform the procedure like you would any other Xbox.

To become an insider, download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console. You join through the app. After that, you can join various betas.

For those that are 100 percent sure they are signed into the hub using the right gamertag (the one that has Technical alpha access, like is showing in the the first screenshot listed) : some people were sent invites to the wrong platform, so they were sent
Win 10 invite emails, but it actually was an xbox invite or vice versa. I would check on your xbox (if you have one) to see if it is showing on the xbox, in its insider hub.

I would also make sure you have the most up to date version of the insider hub, You try completely logging out of all Xbox and MS apps and websites, and try logging back into the insider app. Rebooting the PC of course as well.
