According to the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Rewards Program, you can only earn points and redeem rewards for one account per person. Using the same mobile number to earn points and redeem rewards for two Microsoft accounts is not permitted and may result in account suspension or termination.

If you have any questions or concerns about the Microsoft Rewards program, you can get in touch with Microsoft Rewards support through this link; https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ.... They may be able to give you more information on how to use the program and avoid problems with your account.

The Xbox Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are 2 separate programs, so it's not just the name changing. Offers from the Microsoft Rewards program are different. You'll earn Microsoft Rewards points for completing them and can use those points
to redeem gift cards (for Live, Xbox, Amazon, etc.). Any credits you have pending on the program should be deposited this month. Otherwise, they will be transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program as their points.

Hi, you could always check out the
Microsoft rewards program granted it will take a while to earn enough points to get an Xbox Live Gold membership, but it might be worth checking out.

I'm sorry about your situation, Goody. As an Xbox user myself who experienced these issues before, I know how frustrating that can be. Were you able to submit a ticket to Rewards team? You may inform them about your streak to see if they can make proper adjustments.
