Is anyone having issues installing game updates?

I also had the same issue recently so you may also want to try the steps I did to fixed the issue.

Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to launch the game again.

If that did not work, try changing your DNS. Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings > manual

Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

then check again.

If it still persists, you can try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data that restricts you from using your console normally without deleting your games or apps. Just a heads-up, doing this will erase the profiles on the console including Home Xbox designation but will not remove any installed games & apps on your console. You can download your profile back after the reset. Please make sure to select " Reset and keep my games & apps". Hey there Dawued! I'm sorry to hear about all these issues cropping up at once. To get started, do you find that these issues only appear when you are logged in, or also when you are not logged in to LIVE. How about other profiles? If you download your profile
on another console does this issue persist?

If it seems like this is happening for everyone but only on your console, I would suggest trying to do the update again. To do this, all you need to do is navigate to the Storage menu, highlight your HDD, and press
Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X. You should be prompted to update again and then the console will restart. Let me know if this helps, thanks!

Im having the exact same issue! I have tried to install this game multiple times now but always gets stuck on 97.5 %. I have also installed without the update which works but cannot play the game without the update.

There has to be something wrong with the update? I installed another game just before division 2 and had no issues. I have reset the xbox as well and still nothing.

Also playing on a xbox one x and never had a issue like this before.

The strange thing for me is that the update caused the issue.

Well when I say update it downloaded the update, went to install it and then said the update wasnt available, and now I have the issues.

Ruined the game for me, anyone know who I can speak too to help get it resolved?

Same issue. I saw it first yesterday when trying to install Netlfix. I tried this morning with the free blu ray app, same issue. However, when I update games I have bought, no issue. Anyone figure this out yet?

same for me game update no problems, only apps and even the store wont update
