Is anyone else’s DVR not working again after recent update?

That didn't fix it, however I noticed my clips lacking audio (only with Game DVR while Turtle Beach X07s where plugged in) as well after the recent update, my fix that worked today...plug in controller, remove batteries (I tried with batteries and it failed),
update controller again and now it works for everything. Hope it works for others! ( I also cleared persistent storage but I doubt that did it.

Anyone found an answer to this problem? I am also seeing 0x80004004 and cannot record. Seems like the most recent update has seriously broken the DVR capability.

MS Solitaire Collection and Taptiles will not open after recent MS updates were installed to my comp. These were KB29622806 and KB2934520. Anyone else noticed this? Will uninstalling the updates fix this?

I was just messing with the game DvR, I don't use it often, so, either I'm going mad or the resolution has improved, can anyone shed light on that ?

One of the more recent system updates (forget which) included improved resolution for the game DVR as one of the listed features.

1. Restart your controller and console: Restarting your controller and console can sometimes resolve the issue. Turn off your controller and your Xbox Series console, then restart them.
2. Re-pair your controller with your console: Use the Xbox Accessories app to reconnect your controller to your console. To do so, go to "Settings" > "Devices & accessories" > "Xbox Wireless Controller" > "Pair," and then follow the on-screen instructions to finish the pairing process.
3. Try a different device: If you have another device to which you can connect your controller, such as a PC or mobile device, connect to it to see if the problem is with your console or your controller.
