Is anyone else wondering what the point of Microsoft support is if they literally cannot do...

Pre order Series X on the 10th, won't receive until 23rd, whatever. It's happening to most people, I've accepted it.

They sent my confirmation to a de-activated email, I change info to update and they "can't" re-send confirmation. Which I would like them to do.

Also, turns out I won't be at the delivery address on the 23rd due to holiday and I won't be back until Jan 3rd

They suggest having shipper hold the Xbox that entire time as they cannot change delivery address after the product has been purchased. The last thing i wan't to do is have some random warehouse holding my Xbox for an extra week 1/2 during the holidays.

THE ORDER IS STILL PENDING. I have an order # so I know it's good, whenever they decide to actually ship some to their direct customers and not retailers. But that's all they can tell me. they cannot help me with any of the requests I've had and it took
them an hour to tell me that.

I have received, by far, the worst customer service from Microsoft this whole time. I'm not even upset about the delay on shipping, as I've already accepted the fate of the date. But to actively make it impossible to change literally anything, is as stupid
as it gets.

LET ME RE-ROUTE MY XBOX AND SEND ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, you haven't even sent it yet!!!!!!
