    Is anyone else on PC having issues with the Xbox App/Microsoft Game Store where the Xbox...


    The Xbox App would present a black screen with a white Xbox logo but would not load further and I was unable to exit out of the app (aside from using task manager). I attempted repairs that didn't work and my last resort was to uninstall the app and reinstall it. When attempting to reinstall from the Microsoft Store, the 'Download' button (sometimes says open or install) was blurred out and would not load either. Then I attempted to download it from the Xbox website and it would get a 1/4 of the way through and the stop presenting an error of "The process has stopped working, try troubleshooting." After I did the trouble shoot, I found a couple corrupted files but they were fixed. This proceeded to NOT change my issue at all. I attempted to "re-register" the app through the Windows PowerShell but that did not work either. My hopes are that I can accomplish this without having to clean reinstall my entire PC. I should mention that I can still play games through Xbox Companion App, not the uninstalled Xbox App.

    Why can’t I install bo2 on my pc after I bought it on the Xbox website?

    The Xbox website is the store for the console. In order to buy games for the PC, you would use the Microsoft Store app. That game is not available for PC through the Microsoft Store though so you'd need to buy it through Steam or somewhere else that carries the game. So the version you bought will only work on console.
