Is anyone else having trouble with the DTS Sound beta?

I have the same sound bar. If you hook the sound bar up straight to the xbox one with a digital optical audio cable and not your tv the DTS on the sound bar will work. Works with games, blu-rays and my comcast cable hd channels that support 5.1. The DTS
light on the vizio sound bar Wil light up when you turn on it on and when you change input on the sound bar and shortly turn off indicting it's working. These are my settings, HDMI audio off. Optical audio DTS Digital Surround. And under tv & one guide settings,
click troublshooting, I have surround sound (beta) checked. Only thing I don't know if DTS or Dolby digital is better. With the march update I will have the option to choose DTS or Dolby digital that the vizio 5.1 sound bar does support.

I have a Denton AVR 4306 and the best audio has been with DTS Surround and Surround Sound Beta enabled, no audio issues at all. I seem to remember 5.1 uncompressed not sounding very good,

Is anyone else having trouble with Plants Vs Zombies GW2 Beta downloading EXTREMELY slow? Most of our other games have NEVER downloaded this slow.

I am resurrecting an old thread, but I have the same soundbar. It is the Vizio S4221w-C4. I have noticed an interesting issue. Whenever I run the xbox in DTS or Dolby Digital, it works, but on games, the sound is messed up. Movies are fantastic, but
on games, especially Advanced Warfare, all of the jumping, footsteps, and gunshots come out of only the right side of the soundbar. Background sounds work through both sides, but most gameplay only comes through the right. Any solution to this issue? Does
anyone else have this problem?

The soundbar supports both DTS and Dolby Digital. Also, the issues go away when I use stereo uncompressed. I would really like to use DTS of Dolby.

Is there a possibility of opting out of the preview beta registration? I'm having trouble inviting/joining friends games and parties who aren't a part of the preview. Is anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?
