Is anyone else having trouble signing into Xbox live 360 servers on the series S or X

I have gone through many forums and I haven’t found a solution that works. For some reason I can no longer connect to Xbox live when trying to play any 360 game I have either purchased or downloaded through gamepass. My internet remains fine but it still refuses to connect. As apart of one of the solutions, I cleared my 360 cashe, now when I try to log it it wants me to redownload my profile, but refuses to do so since I am still having the same problem with live. Does anyone have any solution to this problem?

I have the same problem too, tried logging onto left 4 dead 2 last night, and even today and same thing, went thru all the forums resetting my network, deleteing my 360 cache like you did and now I can’t get my profile back, I see someone replied that the 360 live servers are down rn, so I hope that’s all that it is.

The Xbox Live servers for the Xbox 360 are currently down. This is also affecting Backward compatible games on the XBox One and Xbox Series X|S. No ETA yet on a fix.

Maybe Xbox Live is shutting down on the 360 to make way for the series x/series as s?

OK I have to ask if you are on the insider program?. Since this is a extremely odd case. I would suggest getting in contact with xbox support staff about this, in case there is a problem with your account.

Ya, that is why i had to reset. I have tried to old password recently as well as the new one.
