IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING TROUBLE CONTACTING XBOX SUPPORT

Try to direct message them your problem on Twitter, @XboxSupport . They have responded to me in an hour.

Thanks for the reply but if you had actually read my post you would already know That I have already clicked on contact us and this is what happens even after I've rebooted:

Request a call back. I choose UK +44 and it ask for my number in this format: XXX XXX XXXX. So I type my number in that format but every time I click the confirm button my number is automatically switched to this format: XXX XXXXXXX which results in an error
that prevents me from requesting a callback.

Chat with an Xbox Gamer: When I click this option the virtual agent window just goes all white and freezes.

Post to these forums: The only option that works but cant get many responses or ideas to help.

contact us is broken and needs fixed

UPDATE: Now every time I call the customer support number it doesn't even ring it just cuts out instantly

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Sorry for the issue with the Contact us. What is the issue you are having? We maybe able to help you out. Due to the world epidemic support has seen its affects. If you need a support agent try rebooting device and
here is a guide to request a call.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
