Is anyone else having issues with YouTube video playback, only on Xbox?

So within the past couple weeks, YouTube has been acting up terribly, but only on my Xbox One. It works perfectly on my PC, laptop, and phone. Essentially, it cuts the screen on half. The top half glitches through the same 2 or 3 frames while the bottom half continues to play, momentarily. Then the bottom half also starts glitching through a different set of 2 or 3 frames. The audio plays unaffected by the video issues. I've uninstalled and reinstalled YouTube. I've signed out and signed from YouTube. I've powered down and restarted my Xbox several times. The issue does not go away. Furthermore, no other video streaming service has this issues. Netflix, Sportsnet, DAZN, disc drive, and external hard drive content all play flawlessly. Anybody have this issue, know what's going on, or know how to fix it?

This is a very severe problem. It started in June. Can you please provide an update?

Yeah it bugs me too. Other video apps play fine snapped, and only the YouTube app seems to have playback issues. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Anyone tried streaming a movie over DLNA since the latest update? I have a GB wired connection to my media server but movie playback seems to have a slight stutter/delay between picture and audio. Just enough jitter to be really annoying. Music playback
is working great, so glad to have this added! Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with movie/video playback?

YouTube intends you to use their app on Xbox, Microsoft edge on Xbox is not a full featured browser, And has a number of segments that can affect security disabled, which can cause issues with video playback sites.
