Is anyone else having issues with voice communic?

So game chat was working fine, and I could hear people in game. 2 days ago, in the evening I couldn't speak or hear people in game. I went to my privacy settings, and everything is enabled and is set to social. I reset my Xbox and no fix. Power cycled it but still didn't fix the issue. I can still send a message and join parties. Also, my mic was working fine and all of a sudden, it's not working at all. This is on two different headsets. So, I tried to join a party by myself and tried to speak but my mic still didn't work. I tried to send a voice message and I see that it recorded sound and played it but heard nothing. Yesterday for like half the day I could see that people were talking in my lobby and couldn't hear them but out of nowhere everyone was muted in game, and I tried to unmute everyone but cannot. This happens in every lobby I join in Call of duty MW2. Is this a bug or something in an Xbox update? This has never happened to me before in the years of playing on Xbox...

An Xbox embassador commented on my comment and said to go to settings and>privacy and online safety>Xbox privacy>>view details and customize> communication and multiplayer and block and disable everything then power cycle the console (hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds) and turn it back on. Then navigate once more to communication and multiplayer and enable everything then power cycle again and it'll reset these settings on the account. I tried it and it did fix 2 issues but I still cannot hear people or speak in game chat or in Xbox party chat.

We are also having the same issues since the last update. Headset is on mute the whole game, but I can hear the others. I went through every audio and privacy setting I could find but everything seems to check out. I’m bout to reset the whole thing I guesss

I have had that. I also get a problem with installation stopped for some reason. On what I do not know. The other issue is that Titanfall keeps coming up as ready to play. I had been playing that and exited and it told me that as well. Only game I have
had that particular issue with though.

Interesting the message isnt really a bother for me. I thought it might of been a 360 message but I have no messages. I did delete a few messages using smart glass (not connected to the XboxOne) maybe it has some connection to smart glass. Some sort of bug?
