    Xbox series x not recognizing Ethernet connection

    Hello, the internet LED is solid green. All the lights are always green. Some also blink green. I cannot borrow anyone else’s router and don’t have issues with anything else connected to my router.

    The status page works on mobile and shows cloud gaming as fine with no issues - bizarre. I have also reported it.

    I tried live chat but no options, so did the call option twice and it takes me through a menu and then leaves me on a silent line until I hang up.

    does xbox have a suport email? it may be helpful to try there and ask for help
