Please restart your router and console by powering off both your router and Xbox by unplugging them for at least 30 seconds before turning them back on.

And then check your router settings. To do this, log into your router settings and ensure UPnP is enabled.

Next is set a manual DNS, please go to settings> network> network settings> Advanced settings>DNS Settings> Manual.

PRIMARY DNS: 8.8.8.8

SECONDARY DNS: 8.8.4.4

Restart your Xbox afterwards.

Then check Xbox network settings. Do this by going to Settings > Network > Network Settings and verify your NAT type. If it’s Strict or Moderate, it is causing issues. Please do port forwarding in your router settings.

You have mentioned that your Xbox works fine on a mobile hotspot but not on home Wi-Fi, it means your ISP is blocking certain Microsoft services. Kindly reach out to your provider to check for restrictions. and disable it in order for your Xbox to be able to connect to your Internet connection smoothly.

Hello and you try to type spaced out what you wanted your gtag to be. Looking at it will give us all a heads up on issue. If it states its not allowed through XBox terms it wont be allowed. Nothing anyone can do about that. It sux that you cant get the
gtag you want but try to get something else as close as possible.

Like Snack Cabinet stated, it means nothing other then that Player is mad because they lost a Match. There is nothing via Xbox LIVE and Xbox LIVE alone that allows anyone to compromise anyone's else Account.

As you have opened your console, Microsoft will simply send it back to you if you try to send it in for repair for a fee as they won't repair systems that are opened by anyone else. Regarding your issue, like what everyone else is saying, it is probably
a motherboard issue and your system is about dead. All that we are allowed to say now is to get a new console. We can't tell you any method of repairing your system or where to get a repair as it goes against forum policy.
