    I'm on ssd and I don't get alot like most disabled people in this country my credit score is not garbage either so the only thing I can come up with for being denied is strictly because I'm on ssd and don't get alot of money to live on

    Are you an Xbox Insider? The Xbox Mastercard is currently only available to Xbox Insiders. Maybe that is why you were having a hard time getting approved for it.

    can't even apply for it unless you're insider, and chosen to do so

    i'm sorry but no one here has any insight into the banks qualifications for approval, you'll have to talk to them, as that is 100% their department

    Hello!

    I would try the following troubleshooting steps to see if any of them help.

    • Hard reset Xbox
    • Reboot all networking equipment
    • Verify that MAC filtering is not enabled on modem/router (Disable it or add Xbox to approved device list)
