Is anyone currently not receiving the points accreditation for rewards?

I spend at least four hours a day gaming every day, but as of yesterday, 27/02, I have not received my points accreditation for the weekly console bonus, for playing a game installed on my console and for the Gamepass weekly streak. I also haven't received the points this morning either.Yesterday, I played ESO, New Vegas and Balatro. All are installed, I don't tend to use the cloud. Today I was on ESO for over 25 minutes and I still haven't got my points.

I am going to lose over 200 points when the month changes tomorrow and cannot contact Microsoft about it as their contact service doesn't allow points issues to go to live chat.

This has happened previously as well, but I thought it was just a glitch. It seems however, that it may not be. With Microsoft constantly changing the criteria for earning points, it gets incredibly frustrating when you do what the requirements ask, then you are simply ignored.

you would have to contact Microsoft reward support, I just popped my points so it's not a overall problem

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. In the future, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may
do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. This means your most recent survey Credits will not be included in your mid-month deposit occurring this month, as they will not be processed in
time.

There currently aren't any offers to receive rewards points for those types of games. You would need to check the Rewards program site/app to see what you can earn points for.

Hi SKATEPIPO160599. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts
the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved.
While their fix was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.
