    Is Activision just blatantly scamming people now?


    Earlier today I tried to make an in-game purchase, and it charged the money to my account but I didn't get what I paid for, which were 2400 CoD points. I tried to contact customer support and all they did was tell me that they can't do anything about it so I had to just deal with what is literally a scam, and offered no other form of help other than just blaming company policies.

    Not only that, but later on I check back in my account and find out that another piece of content which I also paid for was just taken away from me, this purchase was made last year and today it just vanished, meaning that everything I paid for is now just gone without any form of way to recover it.

    In total, Activision has just stolen 40$ from me and refuses to do anything to give me the things I PAID FOR.

    Having an error during the transaction and not giving me a product I paid for is one thing, but now taking away other products I have also paid for is just outraging, and I do not plan to stop at just online posts if nothing is done to review this extreme scummy behaviour from Activision.

    DMZ and plunder squads is free to play, the rest of the game is not and therefore you need a sub on console either ps or xbox to play online on the main part of the multiplayer not the free to play parts.

    Activision runs their own band system and Xbox support has no way to change any outcomes that they determine. You'll have to go back to them
