    It’s recognized by Microsoft account.

    One Microsoft account can only have one Xbox profile linked to it.

    By billing issue, there seems to be a suggestion that part of the system does not recognise purchases made from a Microsoft account. Although this has to confirmed.

    You can change it on a Microsoft account but unfortunately on an Xbox account the date of birth will still be recognised as the original birthdate and therefore a child account.
