Ipv6 adding to Xbox One problem.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand you would like to enable IPv6 for your Xbox one. You would not need to do any steps on your Xbox console. This is all up to your router.

First, your router must support IPv6. It is also possible that your router has the IPv6 option disabled by default. In this case, you would need to turn on the IPv6 setting in your routers settings. For assistance with that, please review your router manual.
You can also contact your internet service provider for assistance if they provided your router to you.

I have the same problem mines wired to and my internets fine but mine dont say ipv4 and 6 mine just says ipv4 is that a problem

"Your Xbox will work normally without IPv6 connectivity. However, for the
best possible experience, we recommend enabling IPv6 on your network. Several Xbox One features already make use of IPv6, and we’re building more."
