    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums, I would advise taking a look at the following support article for help with setting up your IPV6. It will differ from router to router so go ahead and take a look and if you do need further assistance you might
    need to contact your ISP for further assistance.

    The Xbox One needs to connect to the IPv4 to connect to the Wi-Fi. IPv4 is part of it. Without it, it wouldn't connect.
