    As far as I can tell, I should be using a supported device, in a supported browser but I get this error every time on Safari. I tried closing everything and reopening, but it didn't work. I tried it in the iOS Edge browser and it worked, but it had a message at the top stating "For best experience, please use a supported browser."

    I did try it on PC with Edge and it worked fine.

    I use safari on my iPhone. It works fine for me.

    You're trying to access it on a iPhone. I don't believe the iPhone's Safari browser fully supports the Xbox Museum website. In any case, I believe you'll need a keyboard to move your avatar around different sections of the page.

    The site is best viewed on a computer or suitable tablet device with a keyboard attached.
