    I'm working for a board game publishing company and we want to license a game IP of microsoft.

    I didn't found a contact person for something like this, does someone know the person/email address I have to contact?

    Totally agree. the money it takes to license an IP is better spent making an overall better game.

    You don't know the financial shape of the company, the terms offered by NASCAR for renewal, or other bidders for the license they may have lost to. Typically IP is licensed for 2-5 years, and then the contract is renegotiated
