Thanks for coming to the forums. You can find the IP address by: hitting the guide(home) button the big X on your controller>go to far right icon named system> go to settings>network>network settings>adv. settings, here it will show your IP address.

Big change the problem is in you NAT settings. Be sure to open following ports:

TCP 3074

UDP 3074

UDP 53

UDP 88

To the IP adres your Xbox 360 has.

Sometimes when you restart your wireless router your devices get another IP adres.

Checking your console's IP adres:

In dashboard go totaly to the right, to settings --> System --> Network Settings --> Configure Network --> Now you see the IP adres of the console. (The Gateway is the IP adres of your router)

Now login to your Router (through your PC/Laptop) and open the earlier noted ports to that IP adres.

Save these settings and everything should work instantly fine!
