IP address on Xbox purchases

For privacy reasons, they may not be able to divulge that information. Work with the Xbox Live Support agent you're in contact with and they can tell if you if that is possible.

That said, you can look at your
son's account and go to the Security page to see if there are any unexpected logins (it will be under the "recent activity" section). It may not show console sign-ons, but it could be something to work with, too.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and try to determine who, when and where the purchases were made from.
The agent would be able to see if the console was signed into with your Microsoft account from another location.

No but you can request a refund and refute the charge as not having been made by you. I would suggest you change your password on the account.

Is your son on a child account? or do they play on yours? I would put them on a child account if not. if you do not do that then I would remove the card associated with the account and set it to make you login for every purchase.

The problem is very likely that your physical location does not match the region of your Xbox Live account. Tron Evolution is IP address locked based on the region of the Xbox Live account. In other words, at the moment of confirming the "purchase", your
IP address must correlate to the region of your Xbox Live account.
