iOS Xbox app party chat not connecting error

It would be helpful to know what the error code says specifically or if there is an error number that we could lookup. But I'll try to list a few different things that might be able to help.

This may be an issue with your security settings. Double-check that you have allowed the app to access your microphone. You will need to (1) Open Settings (2) Tap Privacy (3) Tap Microphone (4) Tap the Xbox app to allow microphone access.

Have you attempted to uninstall the app and reinstall it? I know it sounds simple, but there may have been an error during the download that may be causing this.

These are some issues/features that would go great along with party chat on iPhone
1. A way to switch between audio chat from iPhone and Xbox mic

I started a party chat on the Xbox app but then wanted to use switch to my headset on my Xbox, I had to leave the party chat and join again on the xbox

2. Possibly game audio on iPhone from the Xbox app

The Reason imm sending feedback here is because its not working with the testflight app on ios

Unfortunately the Xbox APP, especially on iOS is known to be very buggy. We are hoping this is addressed sooner then later as many people like yourself rely on it for Party Chat.

We understand that there is an issue with being able to add multiple users to a party chat or chat.

Our suggestion here is to follow our Xbox App Networking Troubleshooter article, as most chat errors or rather not
being able to connect in chat is caused by network errors.

I don't use my APP for party chats but any time I open it (iOS) I run into some sort of problem. Freezes, doesn't load, quits out etc.
