    Hello, i'm sorry to importunate you with that, but i have bought a game (Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Wildlands - Standard Edition) by pure mistake. I am not really interested in this game and need your help to obtain a refund. In fact, I was just looking for
    some good sales and I don't know how exactly but I missclick or something. I'll be really happy if I can obtain a refund of this game.

    Think you just gotta wait it out. It happened to a friend of mine randomly and his didn't get fixed for like 3 days.

    Well I cleared my cache three times, played a different game on their servers and deleted than redownloaded my profile. Still am a level one in matchmaking. Also, I have not boosted or cheated in any way shape or form so this isn't a suspension Getting
    frusterated and very confused. I noticed it did say that my Spartan was offline today while I was online testing things out. Does 343 think I am not playing while I am playing? If so, can this be fixed?

    You would need to go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    No I was not :(. I talked to xbl moderators and they are clueless. No way to contact 343, I'm hoping it's just server lag it will clear within the next 24 hours or so. If not I may fly down to 343 industries and ask them myself ;)

    Thanks so much for all the help guys, unfortunately non of it worked though. Still a level 1 in matchmaking. I am getting XP regularly now though, so maybe 343 is just playing a joke on me lol.
