Invites notifications not sent

hi my name is Matt and I been having a problem for 2 months I no longer get Invites Notifications from my friends anymore or any notifications from Minecraft or Sbox app when I get a message they are always telling me why I never join them and it’s xuz I
don’t get them and I really need help I tried Deleting both apps and sinning back in and all I even check on my settings is the Notifications is on for both apps and they are and am really having a hard time somone pls help Thank you.

Cannot receive notifications

I have all of my notifications turned on inside of Settings, but I do not get notified when a friend logs on nor do I receive their for game invites. The only time I see a notification pop up is if I send a game invite to someone and it says that the game
invite was sent. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Can't receive Social Notifications But can send out.

I can't receive any Social Notifications, such as messages, party invites, and game invites. I receive the messages but not pop up notifies me that I have received it, when I send out a message or game/Party invite the notification for it being sent is shown......so
the popup function works.....just not when I receive them.....

Just to make sure, the first thing you're going to want to try is a full power cycle by pressing the Xbox button down on the console for 10 seconds until it powers down, wait about 10-15 seconds, then power it back up again.

After that I'd check to make sure your notifications are turned on: Pop-Up Notifications on Xbox One

If it's from a specific friend, you might want to check that that friend is not "muted" under their details from Friends on the dashboard.

Thanks for answering but it’s not on Xbox console I ment on IOS cuz I side App and I all ready check if everything was turn on for Notifications and everything Is but am still not getting anything I tried looking for videos to see what’s I can do but notting
coming up only for Xbox consoles

Oooo, I don't have an iOS device to use as reference, but other than making sure Notifications are allowed and turned on at the iOS system level, in the App, under Settings (at least on Android) there is a seperate Notifications tab which has options for
WHAT to recieve notifications for, so you'll want to check if those are on (if that settings tab is there).

Sadly, outside of that, not sure what else to troubleshoot.

When the notification pops up, it has first an icon for the type of notification (game image for invites, envelope for messages) and then in the exapnded rectangular icon it says the name of the person who initiated that notification.

There are two 'sides' to the notification, the text on it switches after a couple a seconds, for instance from '13 sent you a message' to 'Hold Home to open the message.' - basically, it switches between telling you the name of the person who generated
it and how you can take action on it.

I have this issue as well. It’s not on Realms, it’s on a regular world. Multiplayer is on, friends only is on. It gives me the option to invite, but when I do, it simply doesn’t pop up with the “Invite sent” notification, nor does it reach the other person’s
Xbox. This is a very annoying issue, and I believe the issue is with Minecraft and not Xbox, as I can play other games with friends and the invites go through.
