Invites not showing in the "invitations" section/ or in the "notification bell"

    Invites not showing in the "invitations" section/ or in the "notification bell"


    Hey people!

    So... I have this problem that the invites I receive if not accepted will disappear without showing in the notification section/notifications bell.

    This is going on for a long time... At least 1 year and 6 months. I tried everything but it just doesn't want to fix.

    It's not my NAT, All my notifications settings are ok and on, the privacy settings are fine.

    I really don't know what to do anymore, I thought it was the dashboard but idk.... They changed it a lot since I start to have this problem.

    I tried to reset, restart, reset the factory valors, removing profiles exc... Everything.... I even changed console Xbox One x ----> Xbox Series X.... But invites still don't show up.

    I started to be frustrated because every time that I miss an invite everything stops the gameplay of others or mine. Sometimes I just can't accept an invite because I'm doing something else or maybe I'm afk...

    Even my local xbox assistance couldn't resolve it...

    So here I am, searching answers to resolve my problems... Let me know if someone had the same problem and hopefully he/she managed to find a solution.

    Profile won't receive party or game invites

    That was what I tried in #4. Again, it doesn't seem to be an issue with the notifications as if that were the case the invites would still appear in my invitations section. I'm not receiving the invites at all. I get messages no problem, the notification
    pops up and everything.

    Not receiving Party or game invites. Unable to find games on Dying light. But able to send invites and people can join me.

    All my notifications are turned on. I also turned them off and on again as well. It doesn't do its pop up thing or show up at all in the invitations section

    I understand you'd like to find the player who sent you the party chat invite.

    • Have you already checked if there are any notifications related to this user on your Notifications section? to do so:

    - Open the Xbox guide

    - Select the bell icon on the lower part of your screen

    This section can also be accessed by tapping the bell icon on the Xbox mobile app.

    • Have you already checked if this player is showing on the "Recently played with" section? to do so:

    - Open the Xbox guide,

    - Go to the "People" tab

    - Scroll down to "Recently played with".

    • Additionally, I'd suggest checking the "Chat requests" section in case this user tried to reach out via Xbox message.

    invitations glitch

    Hi Chris, I appreciate your response but the issue is not the notification banners they still pop up as usual. The problem is that the missed notifications are not appearing in the invitations section of the home menu
