Discus and support Invites and messages in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I need help. I can receive messages and invites but I can't respond or join the invites I'm not banned to my knowledge and when people join my party...     I need help. I can receive messages and invites but I can't respond or join the invites I'm not banned to my knowledge and when people join my party can hear me ok I've tried restarting/hard restarting my xbox one s but it's still happening. Is there anything else I can try?

    I have been spent the best part of 2hrs to no avail! Tried the above. Not sure what else I can do. Any help would be very much appreciated

    I'm having same issue all day, no notifications. Tried resetting Xbox multiple times. Also not doing the instant sign in.

    Go to Settings, select Preferences, and then select Notifications to check if you have disabled the pop up notifications. If that doesn't help follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray

    2. Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

    3. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off.

    If you are a member of the preview program you should check the apposite forums regarding preview program issues.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
