Discus and support Invite and message issues while running android app in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; just a few days ago I started having this issue.     Invite and message issues while running android app


    just a few days ago I started having this issue. Not sure what set it in motion but hopefully there's an easy fix.

    My xbox one s will not receive notifications, invites, or messages while I'm logged into the xbox app for android.

    I have never had an issue with this before now. Anyone having the same problem?

    Hi Kyle,

    Can you check and see if you're able to send messages via Xbox.com or by using the Xbox App (Windows 10, iOS, or Android). Also, can you provide the error code that you receive when you attempt to send messages or party invites please.

    Speed up the Xbox App

    Is there a way to speed up the Xbox app?

    I am having issues in both the windows 10 and android version of the app.

    It is slow when loading pages, and fails often at sending messages, updating when i receive messages and generally browsing

    Hi there Fudge Fever,

    When you are able to let's disable all notifications on the console, then log out of your console, then sign back in and re-enable the notifications and check if you are able to see notifications on the console again.

    I have an Android, but I ended up downloading the Xbox Beta app a while back. It seems to run much smoother than the original Xbox app.

    While not an apple fan at all, I feel it would be best for Smartglass to get apps on as many devices as physically possible. Android, iOS, Windows, you know what, let's invite Blackberry to the party too!....well, maybe not Blackberry...

    Do you really need a OUYA development kit when it is running Android? Why would it not run regular Android apps?
