    Invert X-Axis on Xbox Series


    Hi there,

    My girlfriend is certainly one of the few percentages of humanity for whom the x and y axes have to be inverted in many games (e.g. working with point-of-view angles). She regularly encounters games that can either only change the setting of the y axis or y and x axis but only in the flight mode of a game (or similar).

    I recently started playing Starfield and when she tried she gave up after about 10 very frustrating minutes of trying, tweaking and looking things up on the internet. We can't explain for the life of us why there are settings for this. According to our layman's understanding, it should be a simple matter to be able to change the orientations of the axis as desired.

    We found an option in the Xbox Sessting where we can change the orientation of the y axis of a controller. Maybe there is an option within the Xbox we haven't found yet regarding the x axis.

    Usually, the x axis isnt inverted. The Y axis has an invert option for FPS games, or other games that you may invert the Y axis.

    Yes I found the option to invert the y-axis. But there is no option for the x-axis.

    How to invert the X Axis on the Right Analogue Stick on Xbox Series X?

    I thoroughly looked through both options. Neither option had the ability to invert the X axis on the right analogue stick. Both gave me the option to invert the Y axis on the analogue stick but not with the X axis. Can you walk me through all of the steps again this time using screenshots? Thank you.

    Invert X Axis in Xbox one controller settings

    My wife and I would love to play games together however, since she is is double inverted (X and Y axis) she is very limited to what she can play. In the xbox settings we can invert the Y axis, so why isn't their an option to invert the X axis. I know my
    wife isn't the only person out there who would love this setting.
    I have this same problem as well. Id love a patch. Please MS!!!! :)
