    InvalidOfferId redeeming code


    Hello.

    Recently bought xbox one from store, in the package there was 1 month EA access code. Typed it in correctly to redeem my code or gift card. Clicked Redeem and then it said "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. the error has been recorded and we will
    investigate. Please try to redeem your code later".

    Is the code already in use or what is the problem?

    Accidentally deleted message with previous Gears of War game codes

    Hello,

    On my Xbox One I accidentally deleted a message with codes to reedem previous versions of Gears of War. Through another post I made, I was sent all 4 codes via messages. However, none of them have worked. When I try redeeming the code via the console
    I get an InvalidOfferId error.

    I even tried redeeming them online and with all 4 codes I get this error message:

    XBOS1005

    0cf2043c-d57a-465a-bb9f-85d28b78aa23

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    If you mean redeeming the code, there are a number of ways to do it, you can redeem on the console, by going to the store, and finding the redeem code option, select it, and type in the code, and then redeem it. You can also redeem the code on the Microsoft
    store on Windows 10, by selecting the three dots on the top right next to your gamerpic, then select redeem code, and type in the code and redeem it. or you can redeem the code on the Xbox app on iOS or Android. You can also redeem the code on account.microsoft.com

    There should be a code included inside the box that had the console. Then you simply redeem the code from the console and the download of the game should start.
