    So my account was locked yesterday and it needed a phone number to unlock it but it said "usage limit reached" but when woke up in the morning i wanted to try again but i put my phone number it said"invalid request" i tried 3 phone number but it didnt work now ots saying "usage limit reached" the microsoft support doesnt have a solution for this i tried everything it didnt work.

    I will be happy if anyone could help me.

    Good afternoon,

    I am having the same issue. I filled in the recovery form several times over 2 days and every time my information was declined. I made the account for my done who got a Series S from Santa. I activated it December and bought him Fifa 22. Now locked out and Xbox advisor said there is nothing they can do. Does this sound right? Rather disappointing outcome as happy to make new account for him but will lose his fifa.
