    Invalid Profile / The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer avaliable.


    After todays 53GB (?!) Patch which was only on the Windows version, This error message showed up when loading the game:

    "Invalid Profile The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer avaliable. Please contact the Xbox support."

    What does that mean and how do I fix this?

    Invalid Profile

    After reinstalling Forza after a short period I get this message when I sync my profile.

    "Invalid profile. The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact Xbox support for assistance."

    Yes I re downloaded it.

    When my save was deleted it was fine, when I synced it again I got the same message.

    Also tried it on my xbox one and got this message instead.

    Invalid profile. The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please delete it from the Xbox Dashboard and create a new one.

    Does this mean my save is corrupted or I am banned?

    Before I uninstalled it I could play fine.

    1.I get the following error message:

    ! INVALID PROFILE
    The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact Xbox Support.

    2. I have the digital version of the game (for Windows 10)

    3. Forza is the first game I downloaded. That is why I can not answer the question.

    4. Strange is, even if I want to play offline, the same error occurs. So I suspect a problem with the Xbox app.

    Running the troubleshooter for Windows applications brought no change.

    I can log into the microsoft email account associated with the game, I can log into the xbox app, I can log into Forza website but the game says my profile doesn’t exist?



    My version number for the game is 1.0.58.2
