    I'm trying to buy the game Skate 3 on Xbox One. I already have a credit card registered as a payment method, but even then, I can not finish the purchase (error: you have no valid payment method). What

    Can't delete paypal from my paiyment

    Make sure you have an alternative form of payment and that you switch it to your primary form of payment before you try to delete your paypal account. if you try to delete it before doing this it will not let you. Every microsoft account is required to have
    a primary form of payment attached to it. Adding and switching your primary form of payment in your options should allow you to delete it.

    Hi

    Do you receive the same error message when you try to complete the purchase on the Xbox website? After this you could also try removing your card from the account and re load it on your account to see if you can then purchase the game.
